Our house search started with attending many open houses. We met Liz at an open house and were impressed with her knowledge of the local area and local market. Liz answered all of our questions about the school system, community, taxes, distance from the city, etc. immediately and offered to provide further information if we wanted. Her style is gentle in nature, which worked well for us. She is easy to communicate with, experienced, professional, and represents the homes she sells extremely well. In fact, our son who has joined in our search over the past year, summed up Liz Beanfield well when we left her open house when he told us, Liz is by far the best realtor we have ever met at an open house. She's warm and friendly but not too friendly, allowed us our space and the time to really look at the house comfortably, and answered every question we asked by providing us with information that actually got us to like the house even more.
