The Beinfield Team is considered one of Fairfield County's most distinguished real estate teams, with over 40 years of combined experience and ranked the #1 Team in Rowayton and Norwalk for 2022 and 2023, selling over $200 million since 2021. Team lead Liz Beinfield is joined by daughters Zoe Hamann and Jenny Friedman, and niece Carolyn Nally.

Liz Beinfield has lived there for 35+ years, raising a family and knowing all of the idiosyncrasies that only a local can know. Zoe Hamann, Carolyn Beinfield Nally, and Jenny Friedman were raised in Rowayton and are now raising their own families there recognizing what a special place it is. Amongst many other contributions, the addition of new team members brought extensive knowledge of other markets to the table including New Canaan, Darien and the broader Norwalk area.
As long standing residents of Rowayton, the team has a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the local communities and real estate market. In addition to being experts in the Rowayton and Norwalk markets, the Beinfield team has done a sizable business in Darien, New Canaan, Westport, Wilton, Weston, Fairfield, and Greenwich. Notably, Bruce Beinfield, Liz’s brother and Carolyn’s father, is one of Fairfield County's most renowned architects. In addition to designing many luxury homes in the area, Bruce has been accredited with re-designing downtown Rowayton, revitalizing South Norwalk, as well as the re-design of downtown Darien.
