What To Expect

Immaculate beaches and a contemporary art museum.

It’s no surprise that buyers flock to Westport for its close proximity to the water. Compo Beach, a pristine 29 acre park is known for sailing lessons, picnic tables and grills, a playground for kids and tons of water sports. Apart from activities on the water, you’ll find MOCA, a new contemporary art museum, a great dining scene and even a celebrity spotting from time to time.

Small town feel with a global mindset.

Residents enjoy visiting Levitt Pavilion each summer for 50 free outdoor concerts and the Westport Library was recently reimagined in 2019 with state of the art technology, upgraded capacity for grandstand seating to take in the incredible views and much more.

Unexpected Appeal

Westport Country Playhouse.

The Westport Country Playhouse was founded in 1931 by Lawrence Langner, a New York theater producer. Many notable performers have graced the stage including Paul Newman and Liza Minnelli. Today, the Playhouse produces five shows per season and provides theater experiences such as staged readings to free community events for kids and families.

The Longshore Complex sits on 200 acres that the town purchased in 1960. Now the complex includes a 18 hole golf course, town pools, tennis courts, and a marina for recreational family fun.
